MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A show of support for Governor Evers' mask mandate order took place in downtown Milwaukee Tuesday, Aug. 4.

Health care and service workers rallied outside the Zeidler building, calling the mark order a critical step in slowing down the spread of COVID-19.

"I had the virus, and I know how deadly it can be, and I wouldn't wish that on anybody," said Reverend Greg Lewis, a speaker at the rally. "And people who have any kind of decency should understand that we have to protect one another."

The people at the rally brought a good supply of masks and PPE to pass around as well.
