Bucks-Wizards game postponed due to COVID-19 safety protocols

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Bucks were one of the few sports teams unaffected by COVID-19 in this year's schedule.

That changed Wednesday night, with the announcement that their Friday, Jan. 22 game against the Wizards will be postponed.

Both teams released statements saying the issue is with the Wizard's roster.

A few days ago, they announced seven players had COVID and others are undergoing contact tracing.

It's the Bucks' first COVID postponement, but the Wizards' sixth straight game called off due to the virus.
