Aaron Rodgers leadership has been indispensable on the field, but is he lacking in that department off the field?

 

Coming up short in the playoffs when so much hard work is put into the off-season and regular season respectively, is a tough pill to swallow.  Especially when being competitive is your profession.  But addressing the media comes with the job as well, win or lose. 

Green Bay's star QB was anything but approachable at the end of the season.  He refused to talk to reporters and made indirectly snide comments as a teammate of his was conducting an interview.
