Oxbow beat out heavy favorite Orb in the Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, the second race of the Triple Crown of horse racing.

The victory means that there will be no Triple Crown winner in 35 years. Affirmed is the last horse to do it in 1978.

Orb finished fourth; Titletown Five, the horse owned by Packer legends Paul Hornung and Willie Davis, finished ninth.
