APPLETON - UW-Whitewater's baseball program has helped the school make college sports history with its Division III championship clinching 7-0 win over Emory Tuesday in Appleton.

Scott Plaza pitched a complete game shutout for the Warhawks, who went undefeated in the Division III Tournament.

With the title, Whitewater becomes the only school in college sports history at any level to win a national championship in football, basketball and baseball in the same academic year.
