Starting off a winner: Lucroy's sac fly lifts Brewers in 10
MILWAUKEE - Jonathan Lucroy stepped to the plate with the bases loaded in the 10th inning, and lifted a normally harmless fly ball to center field.
Dexter Fowler, whose home run tied the game in the ninth, caught Lucroy's fly, but couldn't throw out Rickie Weeks, who tagged up from third after the catch.
And with that play, the Brewers snapped a 4-game losing streak on Opening Day with a 5-4 win.
Aramis Ramirez capped a three run eighth inning with a two-run double, giving the Brewers a temporary lead, but John Axford blew that lead by serving up a homer to Fowler with two outs in the top of the ninth.
Yovani Gallardo, making his fourth straight Opening Day start, went five innings and gave up ten hits and three runs. He got a no-decision, and has yet to win in any of his Opening Day starts with the Brewers.
Nori Aoki homered for the Brewers (1-0).
