Some size shows up for Bucks
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- What a difference a new season makes for Milwaukee Bucks coach Scott Skiles.
Last season, Skiles struggled to get enough big men on the court to defend other teams after the Bucks traded center Andrew Bogut to the Golden State Warriors prior to the March trading deadline. The Bucks gave up almost 99 points per game, which ranked 22nd in the NBA, one year after giving up only 92.7 points per game. The team finished with a 31-35 record and failed to make the playoffs. This season, Milwaukee will have 6-11 Samuel Dalembert, 7-1 Joel Przybilla and 6-11 John Henson on the bench, among other big men. |
