Report: Rodgers to miss Pro Bowl, Eli Manning is replacement
Aaron Rodgers has been part of 22 games this season, from preseason to regular season to playoff games. But he won't make it to game #23.
Rodgers tells ESPN Milwaukee's Jason Wilde that he will sit out the Pro Bowl on January 27th due to ankle and knee injuries that had been bothering Rodgers in the second half of the season.
Rodgers says he failed his season-ending physical exam.
Eli Manning will take Rodgers place on the NFC roster. Lions receiver Calvin Johnson will also miss the game, with Tampa Bay's Vincent Jackson taking Johnson's roster position.
