MILWAUKEE -- A source tells Fox Sports.com the Green Bay Packers have decided against using their franchise tag on Greg Jennings. He will become a free agent using the tag would cost the Packers more than $10 million.

Jennings played in just eight games during the 2012-2013 NFL season. Free agents can sign with other teams starting March 14th.
