REPORT: 12 MLB players agree to suspensions in PED scandal

MILWAUKEE -- According to FoxSports.com 12 Major League Baseball players have agreed to suspensions for their alleged roles in the Biogenesis case. Many have been waiting for news of any suspension given to New Yankee Alex Rodriguez. ESPN reports Rodriguez plans to play in the August 5th game against the Chicago White Sox.

New York Mets Jordany Valdespin

New York Yankees Fernando Martinez

Detroit Tigers Jhonny Peralta

Seattle Mariners Jesus Montero

Philadelphia Phillies Antonio Bastardo

New York Yankees Francisco Cervelli

San Diego Padres Everth Cabrera

New York Mets Cesar Puello

San Diego Padres Fautino De Los Santos

Houston Astros Sergio Escalona

Free agent Jordan Norberto

 

Milwaukee Brewers franchise player Ryan Braun accepted a 65 game suspension earlier this year.
