Packers can't find late magic in Cincinnati

by WDJT Sports

CINCINNATI - Aaron Rodgers had two passes batted down in the final seconds Sunday, ending a day of frustration in a Packers 34-30 loss to the Bengals.

After falling behind 14-0, the Packers responded with 30 unanswered points. James Jones and Jonathan Franklin scored touchdowns during the run.

Cincinnati found some late momentum, returning a Jonathan Franklin fumble for the go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

Jermichael Finley (concussion) and Clay Matthews (hamstring) were among the Packers players injured Sunday. By the end of the game, the Packers were out of healthy running backs.

Next Sunday marks the Packers' bye week.
