Packers Release Center Jeff Saturday

GREEN BAY, WI - The Packers have offically released center Jeff Saturday. The announcement was made Monday by Packers' GM Ted Thompson.

Saturday has previously stated that he was going to retire.
He signed with the Packers last season as an unrestricted free agent.

Sturday started 14 games in his only season with the Packers and was also named to his sixth career Pro Bowl. Overall, he played in 211 games with 202 starts as a member of the Colts and Packers.
