GREEN BAY - The Packers will have a very different look at the linebacker position when they take the field Sunday in Baltimore.

Clay Matthews will miss "multiple weeks", in Mike McCarthy's words, with a fractured thumb. Brad Jones has also been ruled out with a hamstring injury. And Robert Francois has already been placed on injured reserve with an Achilles injury.

Running back James Starks is also out for Sunday's game, leaving the bulk of carries to rookie Eddie Lacy.
