Halton provides walk-off magic for Brewers
MILWAUKEE - The Brewers saved two of the season's top plays for the ninth inning Sunday against the Reds at Miller Park.
Sean Halton hit his first career walk-off home run, taking Zach Duke deep to cement a 6-5 come-from-behind win in a game in which the Brewers had trailed 5-1 at one point.
In the top of the ninth, Carlos Gomez robbed Jay Bruce of at least extra bases, and possibly a home run, leaping over the line of the center field wall to make a catch on Bruce's deep fly ball.
Jean Segura drove in two with a triple in the 8th, and Jonathan Lucroy tied the game with a sacrifice fly one batter later.
