by WDJT Sports

MILWAUKEE - The Brewers' bats awakened one day after being shut out in Los Angeles, as the Crew hit five home runs in a 10-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates Monday at Miller Park.

Jean Segura started the scoring with a two-run shot in the first inning off Wandy Rodriguez. In the fourth inning, Yovani Gallardo and Nori Aoki followed with back-to-back homers. Carlos Gomez and Yuni Betancourt went deep for the Brewers in the fifth.

The Brewers are 14-1 against the Pirates when Gallardo starts.
