Ellis finds magic in Bucks win in Houston

by WDJT Sports

HOUSTON - Brandon Jennings, with nowhere to shoot, found Monta Ellis in desperation. Ellis, in turn, heaved his own desperate shot toward the rim as time expired.

The shot fell.

Ellis's game-winning, off-balance, 25-foot three pointer gave the Bucks a 110-107 win in Houston, capping off a short two-game road sweep in Texas.

Ellis finished with 27 points. JJ Redick added 14 off the bench. Ersan Ilyasova tallied 20 points for the Bucks, who evened their season record at 28-28 with the win.

The Bucks host the Toronto Raptors Saturday night at 7:30.
