Brewers keep winning ways going with 4-2 win in New York

NEW YORK - The Brewers scored four runs in the eighth inning, then relied on their pitching to hold the Mets in 4-2 win Thursday.

Carlos Gomez was suspended for the game after the bench-clearing brawl in Atlanta Wednesday night.

Scooter Gennett drove in a pair of runs. The Brewers play three more games in New York to end the 2013 season.
