Brett Favre is returning to the Superbowl -- to work as a guest analyst for the NFL Network.

The retired quarterback will be joining the network’s crew for daylong coverage of Sunday’s NFL championship game.

Favre led the Green Bay Packers to a 35-21 win over New England in the 1997 Super Bowl, in New Orleans.

The three-time NFL MVP will join host Rich Eisen and other former players, including Marshall Faulk, Kurt Warner and Deion Sanders.
