CHICAGO - Who knew that a road trip would help cure what has ailed the Brewers?

Ryan Braun returned to the lineup and racked up three hits, a run scored and an RBI, and Martin Maldonado sparked a four-run first with a double as the Brewers held on for a 7-4 win.

Marco Estrada allowed just two runs and drove in a run for the Brewers, who ran into some ninth inning troubles before Jim Henderson entered and closed the door.

John Axford was unavailable after throwing two innings the day before.
