Badgers outlast Minnesota at the Kohl Center

Minnesota missed a free throw with a chance to tie the game, and the Badgers held on for a 45-44 win at the Kohl Center Saturday.

Sophomore Traevon Jackson hit two baskets in the final minutes, including the game winner. Jackson scored nine points.

Wisconsin got ten points apiece from freshman Sam Dekker and senior Ryan Evans.

UW is now 5-2 in Big Ten play with three of those wins coming over teams ranked in the top-15.
