Tiffany Tarpley reports weeknights for CBS 58 News primarily during the station’s Ten at 10 newscast.
Before moving to Milwaukee in September of 2010, Tiffany worked at FOX Toledo News in Ohio for nearly 6 years. During that time, Tiffany served as the station’s weekend anchor and producer. She also reported during the week, shooting and editing her own stories.
In Toledo, Tiffany and the rest of the weekend team, earned two regional Emmy awards and an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Weekend Newscast. In 2008, her co-workers voted her Employee of the Year which landed Tiffany a place in Lin Television’s Circle of Excellence and on a cruise ship for an all expense paid trip to Nassau, Bahamas where she accepted her award.
Tiffany has also spent time at the CBS affiliate in Toledo as well as the FOX and CBS duopoly in Lima, Ohio.
Tiffany is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and the honor Broadcast Journalism Student of the Year. Prior to transferring to BGSU, she attended Lorain County Community College for two years.
Currently Tiffany is a member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Milwaukee and is active in the media ministry shooting video for Sunday services. She’s spent time volunteering, speaking and emceeing at different events in the city. Tiffany also volunteers at Peace Lutheran Church through Milwaukee Public Schools' Cooperative Tutoring program.
Tiffany is a native of Lorain, Ohio which is about 30 miles west of Cleveland but she’s thankful to the people of Milwaukee who’ve helped make her feel at home.
