Zocco appears in court

Milwaukee – The man said to be the last person to see a Milwaukee woman before she went missing, appeared in court Thursday afternoon.



Kris Zocco, 39, went before Judge Pocan for a motion hearing on the drug charges he faces.  Those charges and others, related to possession of child porn, came to light during the investigation into Kelly Dwyer’s disappearance back in October.



Zocco has a hearing on January 27th on the child pornography charges, in front of Judge Borowski.



Thursday we learned, there is a move to try and get both cases consolidated and in front of one judge.   Zocco is out of jail on bond.



Dwyer remains missing and a police spokesperson tells CBS 58 there are no new developments in her case.
