Women linked to alleged illegal THC vaping operation appear in Kenosha County court

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two women linked to the Huffhines brothers and their alleged illegal vaping operation appeared in a Kenosha County courtroom Friday.

Courtney Huffhines, the mother of Tyler and Jacob Huffhines, waived her preliminary hearing and a motion to dismiss the charge against her was denied. She's accused of using her workplace to help her sons hide their operation.

19-year-old Hannah Curty also appeared. She's accused of helping fill vaping cartridges with THC.

Both will be arraigned on Oct. 23.
