Wisconsin Man Arrested after Threatening to Kill President

Even before President Obama touched down in La Crosse for his speech at UW La Crosse, Secret Service arrested a Tomah man for threatening to kill the President.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Brian Dutcher told a security guard at La Crosse Public Library, \"The usurper is here and if I get a chance I'll take him out and I'll take the shot.\"

Similar statements were later made to the Secret Service and La Crosse police deputies. According to an affidavit written by a Secret Service deputy, Dutcher wrote on Facebook, \"That's it! Thursday I will be in La Crosse. Hopefully I will get a clear shot at the pretend president. Killing him is our CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY!\"

Dutcher is not currently scheduled to appear in federal court.
