UPDATE: Three teens arrested after bomb threat at Whitewater Middle School

WHITEWATER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Whitewater Police Department identified suspects responsible for the bomb threat. After police searched the building no device was found.

The suspects were identified before the end of the school day and three teens were arrested.

WHITEWATER, Wis. (CBS 58) – Around 10:45 a.m. Thursday, the Whitewater Police Department responded to a concern at Whitewater Middle School regarding a written bomb threat. The school was placed on a Hold/Lock as the school staff and police department searched the building.

No suspicious devices were found and classes resumed to their normal schedules at noon.

As of Thursday afternoon, no arrests had been made and the incident is being investigated.
