Where will the Lincoln Hills Juveniles go

More than 160 offenders currently housed at the Lincoln Hills Detention facility are coming back to our area. Milwaukee County's Executive, Chris Abele, spoke to CBS 58 about where those juveniles may be housed.

Two places he's considering are the Milwaukee County Accountability program on county grounds, or the House of Corrections in Franklin.

Yesterday the Milwaukee County Board approved 500-thousand-dollars to get another facility outfitted to make the transfer. Talks of moving the kids came as allegations of abuse surfaced at the facility.

The teens are currently housed far away, at Lincoln Hills Juvenile Detention Center, north of Wausau. Until they can be moved Abele says, he and the board, both want 12 new county positions stationed at Lincoln Hills to oversee the 160 local teens currently housed there.
