West Bend Police Searching for Home Burglar

A West Bend woman was home and walked into a man going through her purse in her living room.

According to West Bend Police Department, the incident occurred around noon on Wednesday.

When she went to check on a noise she discovered the door to the residence open and a male was in her living room going through her purse.

The woman confronted the man and he fled from the residence.

Investigators have identified the actor, Cody Skilling, a 22 year old Fond Du Lac man who was visiting another resident in the area. Police are attempting to locate Skilling, who is also wanted by Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a Probation Violation.
