West Bend Police: 2 arrested after road rage leads to argument

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Bend Police made two arrests after a road rage incident on Saturday morning.

Police say a 25-year-old Kewaskum man was driving southbound on 18th Ave when a 40-year-old man from West Bend drove up behind him and attempted to pass in a lawful passing zone.

The 25-year-old man allegedly began swerving, trying to block the other driver from passing.

Police say the two drivers took turns "expressing their displeasure with each other's driving behaviors."

The two vehicles continued to Paradise Drive with one tailgating and the other swerving from side to side preventing the other from passing.

The two eventually stopped under the USH 45 overpass, exited their vehicles, and began arguing. The two of them pushed each other several times.

Both were arrested and issued citations for disorderly conduct.
