West Allis woman arrested after stabbing boyfriend during fight

The West Allis Police Department is currently investigating a stabbing that happened on Sunday evening. 

West Allis officers responded to a house near 84th and Greenfield around 7 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers located a 46-year-old man with a stab wound.

Preliminary investigation reveals that the victim was stabbed during an argument with his live-in girlfriend. 

The offender, a 53-year-old woman from West Allis, was taken into custody.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.
