Victim's family seeks $250,000 in donations

Waukesha - The family of the Slenderman victim is seeking $250,000 in donations to help pay for medical bills, according to the family's spokesperson. Steve Lyons tells CBS 58 the 12-year-old girl who was stabbed 19 times by her classmates earlier this year in a wooded has an average of four to five doctor's appointments a week. Nearly $60,000 has been raised on the family's go fund me online account. A fundraiser event is scheduled for August 29th in Madison. The family's spokesperson says there will be a \"Feed Your Heart Mini Brat Fest\". All the proceeds will benefit the victim and her family.
