University of Wisconsin Athletics Board approves coaches' contracts

The UW Athletic Board met June 19 and approved the UW Department of Athletics contracts for spring sport head coaches:

Women's Tennis Coach Tina Samara's one year contract was extended through June 30, 2016.

Men's Golf Coach Mike Burcin's three year contract was extended through May 31, 2018.

Women's Golf Coach Todd Oehrlein's three year contract was extended through June 30, 2018.

Softball Coach Yvette Healy's three year contract was extended through June 30, 2018.

Men's Rowing Coach Chris Clark's three year contract was extended through June 30, 2018.

Women's Rowing Coach Bebe Bryan's three year contract was extended through June 30, 2018.

Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country Coach Mick Byrne three year contract was extended through June 30, 2018.
