Two arrested in Butler after officer sees car rocking back and forth

BUTLER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people have been arrested by police in Butler, Wisconsin after an officer saw a car rocking back and forth.

The officer spotted the car on December 7 behind a village parking garage. 

The man and woman in the car gave the officer fake names and the man then jumped out of the car and fled on foot. After an investigation, officers learned that the man was on work release through the Department of Corrections at the time of the incident and when he returned he was taken to prison for the incident.

Once the woman's identity was discovered police found out she had a warrant out for her arrest and was taken into custody.
