Two 13-year-old students arrested in Brown Deer for making threats against the school

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brown Deer Police have arrested two Brown Deer Middle School Students for threats made against the school.

Sunday morning around 11 a.m. police were called by a student's parents and the principal about a post on social media threatening to harm students on Monday. The social network that the threat was posted on has not been released.

Officers located the student that posted the threat and determined it was not credible. After investigating police determined a second student was also involved.

Two 13-year-old students were arrested and charges are pending.

Brown Deer Police will have an increased presence at Brown Deer Middle High School on Monday out of an abundance of caution.
