Traffic Alert: Hawley Road closed in both directions for repaving project

MILWAUKEE -- A busy west side street is closing Monday for a repaving project.
Hawley Road will be closed in both directions between Vliet Street and Lisbon Avenue for a two-day construction project to repair potholes.
It's part of the city's high-impact paving program, which allows work to be done on high traffic roads without total reconstruction.
Drivers with residential day parking permits for the area can park within two blocks of the address on the permit.
