MILWAUKEE -- A vigil is being planned for Ashley Williams, the young pregnant woman hit by a truck near Locust and MLK Dr., at 6:00 p.m. Williams was nine-months pregnant at the time of the accident, and lost her baby after sustaining severe injuries.

23-year-old Donovan Walker-Hall faces homicide charges after hitting Williams on May 6th. Walker-Hall was trying to make a yellow light when he hit a car making a left turn. Investigators say the data recorder in Walker-Hall's car shows he was traveling approximately 56 miles per hour on a street where the speed limit is 30 miles per hour.

Investigators found that Walker-Hall has no driver's license, and the current status with the state is suspended. He has three prior convictions for Operating Without a License, and 10 convictions for Operating After Suspension dating back to 2009.
