Six people injured in three separate shootings in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee Police are investigating three shootings.
 

Six people were injured in three separate shootings that happened from Friday night to Saturday morning.
 

A 30-year-old man was shot in the 3000 block of N. 21st Street around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
 

Police said that the man’s statements about the shooting were inconsistent with the account of a witness.
 

Milwaukee police are still trying to establish a motive for the crime.
 

A man and a woman were injured in a double shooting that happened in the 3400 block of Custer around 2:45 a.m. Saturday.
 

The 27-year-old woman and 18-year old man both suffered non-life threatening injuries.
 

Police said that the shooting may have been the result of an earlier confrontation that the woman had inside the tavern.
 

It appears that the man was not in the tavern during the argument, but later met with patrons on the street outside of the bar where the argument continued.
 

There are no suspects in custody.
 

Police are also investigating a triple shooting that the happened around 4:20 a.m. at a house in the 2400 block of N. 49th Street.
 

The occupants of the home were hosting a large after hours party when a fight broke out inside.
 

Police said that during the fight an unknown suspect fired several shots in the home.
 

A 20-year-old man, a 26-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were all injured
 

They were all taken to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
 

There are no suspects in custody.
