MILWAUKEE-- The day after seven officers plead the fifth in the case of Derek Williams, testimony is heard from a detective from the Milwaukee Police Department.

Detective Luke O'Day conducted an interview with Officer Richard Tuccioni, who defended the officers who chased after Williams the night he died.

Refusing to testify, Officer Tuccioni told dectective O'Day that he had found Williams hiding and then struggled to bring him under arrest, because the 22 year old was dripping in sweat.
