Proposal to revamp I-43 in GraftonGRAFTON -- More road construction could be coming to freeways in Southeast Wisconsin. On Wednesday night, there will be a meeting about a proposal to tear up I-43 between Silver Spring and Hwy 60 in Grafton. The state is figuring out how to revamp what it calls one of the busiest routes in Wisconsin. Anyone interested in learning more about the roadwork is invited to attend a meeting Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Nicolet High School. A second meeting will be held Thursday night from 4:00-7:00 p.m at Christ Church on Port Washington Road. |
