One killed in east side shooting; one injured in north side shooting

MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee Police are investigating two separate overnight shootings including a fatal shooting on the city’s east side.

Officers were called out the 1200 block of E. Kane Place around 12:00 a.m.

A 33-year-old male was killed.

Police said that the motive of this shooting is unknown.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.

A 34-year-old male was also shot overnight.

He suffered non-life threatening injuries after being targeted for a robbery in the 6500 block of W. Chambers around 11:00 p.m.

There are also no suspects in custody for this shooting.
