Olson murder suspect due in court Tuesday

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- A defense attroney for one of two teens accused of brutally murdering an elderly Sheboygan County woman, is fighting to have the case moved to Juvenile Court.

Nathan Paape has been charged with the first degree murder of Barbara Olson, 78.

Police say Olson is the great grandmother of Paape's friend, Antonio Barbeau. Court documents say the two teens killed her, stole from her and then went out for pizza.

Paape has been charged as an adult. His hearing is expected to last for a few days.
