Officers on patrol arrest a felon in possession of a firearm

MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee police officers arrest a felon in possession of a handgun while on a patrol.
 

Officers were patrolling in the 4700 block of N. 35th Street just before 1 a.m. Saturday when they stopped a vehicle for suspended registration.
 

That’s when they noticed the driver attempting to conceal a firearm in between his legs at the floorboard.
 

Police recovered a 9mm PX4 firearm. They said the gun was loaded and had a laser pointer and light attached.
 

23-year-old Carlos Medina was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
