KENOSHA COUNTY -- Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth called in extra deputies Tuesday afternoon as snow forecast totals grew.

Extra deputies were already on duty, but that wasn't enough.

As of 7 p.m. already 45 traffic mishaps reported, where motorists needed assistance because there were in ditches.

Another 45 crashes involved damage.

Plus, 6 personal injury crashes.

CBS 58's Keith Meka and his crew report seeing a lot of salt and plow trucks on the roads in Kenosha County. Look for Keith's live report tonight on CS 58's Ten at 10.
