Concealed carry: Are you ready?
With about a week until Wisconsin’s new concealed carry law goes into effect some business owners are still unsure if they will allow weapons in their establishments.
Local attorney Frank Gumina is working with business owners to help them understand the law as well as what it means for their business and customers. “From a lawyer’s perspective it’s not just one neat little statute,” he said. “It’s changed a number of statutes and so it is a confusing law that way to read.” If a business owner wants to prohibit weapons Gumina recommends drafting a proper policy as well as the proper signage to warn customers. Although the new law goes into effect November 1st that will be the first day applications are available. It could take up to 45 days for the first round of applicants who are approved and have passed a background check to even get the proper license to carry. |

You don't want to be an imbecile all your life do you? You'll never make it as big as Bush because he had a father that did all cleaning up for his idiot son, and you can see where Walker is heading. So it's time for you to be a man. Cazie finally realized what a loser Walker is. Cazie said today at 8:54 AM............ It is because of Gov. Walker-Obama policies are taking us down.......... Flipper, the price is right, Come on DOWN!

The following Quote from Cazie is perfect, ((It is because of Gov. Walker-Obama policies are taking us down.)) Thank you Cazie, I know it took a lot of guts to stand up and admit how wrong you have been but it must feel good not to listen to those nuts Sykes and Wagner anymore. Welcome to the real world 'NEO', no more 'Matrix' for you! lol I promise to spread your quote all over the net so others can also step out of the republican Matrix, and finally enjoy life as free men and women.

What is really needed in this state is the "Castle Law" . For you LIBBIES the "Castle Law" allows you to defend your property with any means at your disposal. So if someone is in your residence who is not invited you can take any action without any liability.

Differences Aside-Just a word PLEASE! said today at 8:56 AM To all Republicans and Tea Party members, if you could help please donate as much as you can to the food banks and food pantries. A lot of families are down and without jobs(many don't receive unemployment anymore so they aren't even counted), their holiday season is coming up too, same as yours. Won't you give a little of what you have? Thanks for your help. (The Unknown Agitator)

I practiced on the babysitter today. Only damaged her a little bit (sigh) the ricochet killed our dog, boy the wife was mad about that! But hey now, I hadn't meant to hurt anyone. Well I was aiming at her foot but what's the big deal, so I hit her spleen. She didn't die, she'll be ok!? So I have some fines to pay, big deal. I got charged for unlawful something or other. I can always get another dog too. People will never dis me again! I'm finally big time! HarRUMPH!!!

Yeah but they flunked human nature. You turd, how many times are you going to repeat the 48 state thing, you dope, most of the states had it grandfathered as a law and quite a few have worse crimes rate records than Wisconsin has or should I say had.
75925734Flip said on Wednesday, Oct 26 at 11:08 PM
48 states have passed this law! The world has not ended. THAT IS A FACT.
75924056BarbBee said on Wednesday, Oct 26 at 9:50 PM
Flip, if it's so tiring reading "that never ending mantra" of mine, I have the perfect answer: DON'T READ IT. And talk about the pot calling the kettle black, all I ever hear from you is a never ending "mantra" of insults directed at me. Grow up, will you.
75921366Flip said on Wednesday, Oct 26 at 5:33 PM
BarbBee Please stop with the same old same old. It's really tiring reading that never ending mantra you push out. 48 other states have passed this kind of law and the world has not ended. Grow up will you.

Walker just adds to the problem by allowing MORE of the same on the street. I'm sick of paying because of guns -- you want them you should be paying the bills along with the manufacturers, not me. Go play and kill if you want to, JUST NOT ON MY DIME. Republican's don't understand what's mine is not theirs to throw away. Unfair taxes, laws, bills and corporate welfare shoved down my throat for too long, and now guns in my neighborhood because of republican lawmakers. Instead of 'a walk in the park' in our great state, we now have -- with these demented, republican backed Bills -- a walk down a dark and sinister alley that once was a decent neighborhood.

Served with a Paterson, mean guy, played with his gun, said it was fun. Never touched his rifle as I recall.
75880441Big Jim Paterson said on Wednesday, Oct 26 at 3:47 AM
Never carried a gun in the army, only someones rifle but ....he still concealed it. Does that make him wrong for only having one bullet?

I've only got one arm so hold can I use my 2nd amendment right if I only have one arm. I bear arm. That's discrimination. Alberta Darling will stop this.

At my plant I always have a gun in the car at all times. Doesn't cost any training.

In fact I'm starting a business to sell shirts that have no sleeves and I will not charge $100 for them. You 2nd amendment rights will be as strong as ever.

Hey Big Dork…I mean john, BarbBee talks stupid? How about your first three friends on this post. Those three are the first three going to jail for shooting each other. Of course they stand a good chance if you or walker is their attorneys….LOL

So, since Scott Walker has opened the gates, and armed and CCW motivated people are so gung ho on policing and protecting their neighborhoods, what do we need cops for anymore? If 'vigilante rule' is the force of the future, I say that's cool -- but then, let's not hit up the taxpayers for law enforcement. If Joe the nut job lives next door, I don't need cops, right? All we need is security guards, which would cost Wisconsin about a quarter of what sheriffs, cops, and deputies cost right now. Go Republicans! Please, more brainless spending! More insane approaches to law enforcement! 'Death Wish' returns to the streets!

You cannot stop the out laws from carring a hand gun . So the rest of us should carry a gun too. Then most will think twice before they step out of line .
75857956john doe said on Tuesday, Oct 25 at 5:51 PM
i believe that this new law is long over due..after all many criminals aready pack heat. It will be nice for us to be able to properly defend ourselves..
75857556Tom Potter said on Tuesday, Oct 25 at 3:36 PM
This whole thing is a joke the state still hasn't setup any train sites and they want $100 for training and 4 hours. The right to bear arms doesn't require any training.

If everyone has a gun, the criminals will think twice before trying something. And if guns were outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. It is about time the carry law has come to happen. Welcome to the wild, wild west !
