City of Milwaukee's four inch rule could cost several driversMILWAUKEE -- If snow accumulates to four inches in the City of Milwaukee, parking on the city's east side will become a lot more difficult. People can only park on the side of the street opposite signs posted throughout the city. Vehicles not moved after four inches of snow falls are towed by the city. In recent years the city has towed around 300 cars in one night. Owners of those vehicles had to pay the $125 towing and storage fee before getting their cars back. The last time the four inch rule was in effect was in March 2012. |
