MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Brewers Pitcher Yovani Gallardo was arrested for a first offense OWI. According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, someone called 911 after seeing a Ford F-150 heading west on I-94 have trouble staying in its lane. Gallardo's truck was initially spotted going through the stadium interchange, but was pulled over on I-94 at 76th St.

The Sheriff's Office reports Gallardo had nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol in his body when he was pulled over. His blood alcohol concentration was .22.

Gallardo was drinking at Leff's Lucky Town in Wauwatosa with his body guard before getting pulled over. The owner of the bar tells CBS 58 that bodyguard was an off-duty Milwaukee police office. He also says his bartenders were told the bodyguard would be driving Gallardo home.

The first offense OWI is only a citation, and there is no jail time associated with this charge.
