Kimbery Delgado, 18-months, was taken late Wednesday night. She was wearing a pink hat, pink and brown jacket, black pants and pink shoes. She has white skin, black hair and brown eyes. She weights 25 pounds. Police do have a suspect. His name is Daniel Ozuna. The 27-year-old is hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'6" and weighs about 190 pounds.
