GREEN BAY -- A fan favorite on and off the field is hanging up his cleats for good.

It might be the end of Donald Driver's days on the field, but many fans hope he'll stick around in the community.

The Green Bay Packers are honoring number 80 with a ceremony at Lambeau Field, Wednesday.

Fans camped out to ensure a good spot for the ceremony.

Last week, the Packers handed out free tickets for the event. The 2,000 spots went in less than an hour.
