MILWAUKEE --  Four Milwaukee police officers are recovering after suffering from smoke inhalation.

They responded to a fire at Teutonia and Roosevelt around 2 A.M. Tuesday. The officers helped rescue people from the home and firefighters put out the small fire.

The officers were treated and released from the hospital.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Officers had responded to the same location on reports of an argument hours earlier.
