MILWAUKEE-- Milwaukee County EMS purchased 45 ZOLL Medical X Series cardiac monitors for paramedic first responders.

The monitors have been described as the latest in life-saving equipment.

The new monitors provide Wi-Fi abilities which allows EMS units to transit information to hospital easier and in a timely manner.

The ability to quickly take a serial ECG and share real-time critical data elements will save critical time that could be the difference between life and death.
