“This game was huge:” Brewers players react to win, take 2-1 lead in NLCS

(CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Brewers took a 2-1 lead in the National League Championship Series after beating the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-0 Monday night.

After the game, several players spoke about the win and why it was so important.

“This game was huge it was like another game one, it's a big one,” Pitcher Josh Hader said.

After losing NLCS Game 2 to the Dodgers, Christian Yelich said Monday night was an important win.

“That’s what we’re trying to do, bounce back,” he said.

Game 4 of the NLCS is Tuesday night in L.A.
